Large Intracardiac Mass

This is a most unusual presentation of a large intracardiac mass, arising from the interventricular septum filling much of the right ventricular chamber and extends down the RVOT severely limiting the blood exiting the heart through the pulmonic valve. Overall the RV and RA chambers are severely enlarged. There is no pericardial effusion because the mass is inside the heart. The mass is causing gallbladder wall edema as well as hepatic venous congestion due to reduce venous return to the right heart (effectively right heart failure). DDx: hemangiosarcoma
